These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”, “you”) and the SOULI application and its operator (“SOULI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of the SOULI mobile application, website, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using SOULI, downloading the application, creating an account, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION SOULI provides spiritual wellness and self‑reflection tools including but not limited to oracle card readings, dream interpretation, guided reflections, personal insights, and digital content intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective once published inside the app or website. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
3. ACCOUNT You may be required to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate information • Keep credentials secure • Be responsible for all activity under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. DIGITAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER All readings, interpretations, guidance, and generated responses inside SOULI are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon for professional decision‑making. You are solely responsible for actions taken based on the content.
5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (COINS) AND PURCHASES SOULI may include virtual currency (“Coins”) and digital items (“Features”).

• Coins may be purchased using real money via app stores • Coins have no real‑world monetary value • Coins and Features cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash • All purchases are final unless required by law or platform policy • If your account is terminated, unused Coins may be lost

Payments are processed by third‑party providers (Apple App Store / Google Play). Their billing terms apply.

6. REFUNDS Refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made. • Google Play: https://play.google.com/store • Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com We cannot directly issue refunds for store purchases.
7. USER CONDUCT You agree not to: • Harass, abuse, or threaten others • Upload harmful or illegal content • Attempt to reverse engineer the app • Use automation, bots, or exploits • Sell or transfer your account • Circumvent coin systems or payments We may remove content or terminate accounts violating these rules.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content in SOULI including text, card designs, interpretations, artwork, logos, software, and features are owned or licensed by SOULI and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOULI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
11. MINORS Users must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, parental consent is required.
12. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
13. PRIVACY Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye.
