SOULI – Account & Data Deletion Request

Users of the SOULI app (developer: Web06) can request deletion of their account and associated data using one of the methods below.

1) Delete From Within the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the SOULI app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Delete My Account.

  4. Confirm the action.

Your account and associated in-app data will be queued for deletion.

2) Request Deletion by Email

If you can’t access the in-app option, send an email to:

Subject: SOULI – Data Deletion Request
Please include:

  • The Google Play email used (if any)

  • Your in-app user identifier (if available) or a screenshot from the Settings screen

What data will be deleted?

  • In-app user record and profile data linked to your user identifier

  • In-app activity/preferences (if any)

What data may be retained?

  • Purchase/subscription transaction records generated via Google Play may be retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Retention period

  • In-app user data: deleted as soon as reasonably possible after the request

  • Transaction records: may be retained as required by applicable laws
